First, I have to say the staff were excellent. The room was nice although there is some deferred maintenance that is showing. But it was clean and well worth the price. The tv in the room was massive . The only negative was the water pressure in the shower was very inconsistent leading to the water going from hot to cold. Definitely point the shower head away from you so you can step away when it gets really hot or cold. The location is a huge plus as it’s walkable to downtown Palm Springs. There is also a nice seating outdoor seating area. Overall, it was an excellent stay.

We have stayed there many times in the past 10 years and always been pleased. This time it was a Disaster. We have not been there for about 3 years and because we were always happy we booked a stay. As you can see by the pictures its a rundown disaster. Rooms and shower filthy. Broken beds and shredded furniture both outside and by the pool. When we got there the room they gave us was even worse than our room. We asked for a refund which they denied and gave us the room you see in the pics.. What a waste of time and money.. Avoid at all costs

We have been coming to this hotel the annually the last few years with good experience. This time was a disaster. Discovered cockroaches all over the floors and on the kitchen counters. Definately will not be going back there in the future.

King room was very spacious. Had the basics, very clean. Upon arrival, I was accidentally checked into another guests room, but the clerk was very professional and apologetic for the mistake. My room was just a few down, and clean and ready. Property is not as close to downtown as I had hoped, wasn’t aware it wasn’t near many grocers either, but nothing a short Uber couldn’t accommodate. Had also asked for a later checkout, and was only given 30 minutes, tho the hotel seemed empty during my stay. Would stay here again for the low price, but also other options that are closer to local amenities.

My family and me had an absolutly amazing stay. Perfect destination, in walking distance of lots of restaurants. The place has everything you need. Had a bbq for use, lovely swimming pool. Top place!

A great location walking distance to Downtown Palm Springs. Hotel has nice amenities with two pools, fire pits, and BBQs. Rooms, which feature full kitchens, could use some delayed maintenance.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! You can tell it’s vintage, but we loved the charm to it. Great service too. We enjoyed the fire pits, jacuzzi, and pool. We will def stay here in the future!

My partner and I stayed here this past Friday on vacation and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! Check in was easy and the staff was friendly, the hotel itself is SO cute. We loved our room! The only weird thing is I wish the bathroom door opened the opposite direction, but that wasn’t a bother for just the two of us. I would say that for the price range, this is definitely a very high-quality hotel. We will be back!
